Must Have

• Good Analytical and algorithmic capability
• Sound understanding of CS fundamentals and Data Structures.
• Knowledge of RDBMS
• Can-do attitude and willingness to go beyond the standard tasks
• Penchant for good programming practices, TDD etc.

• Good verbal and written communication skills

Job Role

• During training - Ensure completion of assignments in the given time - Reach out to the mentor(s) in a timely manner in case of any doubts
• Post training
• Follow the development best practices taught during the training
• Put in best effort to complete the assigned task as per the timelines. Reach out to the project lead in a timely manner in case of any doubts
• Be punctual for scheduled meetings and discussions.
