Role Overview: We are hiring a Machine Learning Engineer to work directly with the Founder on developing predictive models for Indian and Global markets. You will not just be analyzing data; your models will drive real capital allocation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Model Development: Design and train ML models (Time-series forecasting, LSTM, Regression) to predict asset price movements and volatility.

• Data Pipeline: Build automated pipelines to scrape, clean, and store market data (Ticks, OHLCV) and alternative data (News, Sentiment).

• Strategy Backtesting: Simulate trading strategies against historical data to validate profitability and risk.

• Deployment: optimize Python code for production to ensure models run in real-time during market hours.

Skills Required:

• Core: Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).

• ML/AI: Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.

• Finance: Basic understanding of Stock Markets, Derivatives, or Crypto (preferred but not mandatory).

• Mathematics: Strong grasp of Statistics and Probability.
