- Great Problem solving and Analytiacal capabilities: Business analysis will help extract insights from consumer, sales and other data available and provide data analysis, synthesis & presentation support.

- Good working knowledge of tools like Excel, Google Sheets

- Good understanding of databases and SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) is must

- Good at programming. Experience with Python or R is an added advantage.

- Strong understanding of statistics and a structured approach to problem solving

- Experience of analytics environments and tools, for both structured and unstructured data

- Team player attitude with a willingness to lead when necessary.

- Ability to work well with teams: Role would require working closely with multiple stakeholders across teams on a variety of projects which would involve close coordination and collaboration.
