Eligibility: The competition is open to individuals from all backgrounds, and anyone is welcome to participate.

Team Formation Guidelines: 

• Participants must register in teams of 2 to 5 members.
• Team members can come from any background.
• Cross-specialization teams are permitted.
• No participant can be a member of more than one team.
• Any deviation from these guidelines will result in the immediate disqualification of the entire team.

Competition Structure:

Round 1: Idea Submission

• Your submission must be in the form of a .zip file.
• It should include a presentation with the following slides detailing your idea
  • Potential Impact
  • Implementation and Technical Feasibility
  • Innovation
  • Adoption Risk/Feasibility

Additionally, record and attach a video link explaining your idea.

Round 2: Prototype Submission

Participants are required to:

• Create a GitHub Project:
  • Upload your project code to GitHub, ensuring it is well-structured and functional.
  • Include detailed documentation to guide users on how to run and understand the project.

• Record an Explainer Video:
  • Create a video demonstrating the workflow of your project.
  • Explain how the project works, highlighting key features and functionalities.

• Submit a ZIP File: Compile the GitHub link, explainer video, and any additional resources into a ZIP file for submission.

Grand Finale:

Shortlisted prototypes will be invited to present their work in front of a jury panel and industry experts at TBO Voyagehack 2.0, scheduled for February 13, 2025, at our Gurugram office.

Rewards and Prizes:

• Winner: Prize money worth ₹3,00,000 or an International Trip.
• 1st Runner-Up: Prize money worth ₹2,00,000 or a Domestic Trip.
• 2nd Runner-Up: Prize money worth ₹1,00,000 or a Domestic Trip.
