TechMaa is looking for a talented and motivated HR Executive Fresher to join our growing team!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining databases.
• Assist with the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Onboard new employees and provide them with the necessary information and resources.
• Process payroll and benefits, and answer employee questions about HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Develop and implement HR initiatives, such as employee engagement programs and training programs.
• Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with HRIS systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
