As an Infrastructure/C++ Developer, your responsibilities will include-

• Designing and deploying low-latency infrastructure solutions to support trading algorithms and systems.
• Optimizing network configurations and protocols to minimize latency and maximize throughput.
• Collaborating with traders, quants, and software developers to improve system performance and reliability.
• Monitoring system performance and responding to incidents in a timely manner.
• Implementing automated tools and processes for infrastructure management and deployment.
• Conducting capacity planning and scalability assessments for future growth.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Participating in technology research and development to stay current with industry trends and advancements.

Requirements :

• 0-2 years of experience.
• Programming experience in C++ or C.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, UDP) and system performance optimization.
• Possess a degree in a highly analytical field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics.
• Experience with Linux-based systems and kernel tuning.
• Brilliant problem‐solving abilities.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‐paced environment.
• Strong communication skills.
