Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution of inquiries and issues.

Requirements:

• HSC/ Graduates both can apply
• Freshers with or minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a strong command of the English language.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
