Exotic Expert Solutions LLP is hiring for the role of Lead Generation Representative!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Reach out to potential or existing clients to explain our services, conduct surveys, or gather feedback.
- Follow a prepared script to ensure consistent and effective communication, while also being able to adapt the script based on the conversation.
- Identify and qualify leads, gather information about prospects, and update customer records in the database.
- Accurately record call details, customer information, and feedback in the company's CRM or other databases.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction, track progress, and update information.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and legal regulations regarding Visa Immigration.
Requirements:
- Good English Communication
- MS Excel
- Pleasant Formal Personality
- 1 to 2 years of experience in managing lead generation.
