We collaborate with elite international companies from Brussels, USA, Denmark, Norway, UAE, and with representatives from various State and Central Government of India. We are currently looking for a talented Web Designer/Developerto join our team and create exceptional websites for our in-house projects as well as for our high-profile clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Website Design: Conceptualize, design, and build visually appealing and user-friendly websites from scratch.
• Front-End Development: Translate design concepts into responsive, cross-browser, and cross-device compatible HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Back-End Integration: Collaborate with back-end developers to ensure seamless integration of functionality and content management systems.
• User Experience: Focus on user experience, ensuring intuitive navigation, fast loading times, and smooth functionality.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with our clients, both domestic and international, to understand their vision and deliver solutions that exceed their expectations.
• B2B/B2G Projects: Handle web projects for high-profile clients across industries and government sectors.
• Optimization: Continuously optimize websites for speed, SEO, and performance across various platforms.
• Content Management: Implement and manage content management systems (CMS) for ease of website updates by non-technical team members.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our websites at the cutting edge of innovation.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Web Designer/Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing web design and development projects.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web design languages.
• Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and ability to implement them effectively.
• Familiarity with back-end technologies (e.g., PHP, Python, or similar) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with international clients.
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with B2B and B2G projects is a plus.
