HP Inc. is hiring for the role of Quality Analyst Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate: 

• Define and drive end-to-end connectivity resiliency strategy, including NFRs, recovery paths, and failure handling.
• Lead and develop test strategies for “big rock” connectivity initiatives like BTG, S&O, China Cloud, etc.
• Architect a typical end user environment, data-aware test lab with automated log tagging, telemetry, and issue correlation.
• Identify and mitigate ecosystem breakage points through system-level testing, fault injection, and interoperability validation.
• Leverage AI-assisted observability, telemetry, and automation to proactively detect issues and reduce customer impact.
• Use ML models to detect anomalies, predict failures, identify coverage gaps, and classify connectivity issues.
• Act as a cross-functional technical authority, influencing FW, app, cloud, DevOps, and QA teams to embed resilience early in the SDLC.
• Evaluate performance metrics like connect time, job latency, throughput, drop rates, roaming, and RF resilience.
