Role Description

• We are seeking an enthusiastic apprentice to learn, develop, and assist in our company operation. The role is in the Global Transaction Banking team which supports the local and offshore clients of GTB – Investor Services. This specialized role entails day to day Know Your Client (KYC) and Non-Core KYC activities.

• The Jobholder report to AVP – Global Transaction Banking (Mumbai), in terms of guidance and authority and is guided by them in terms of strategic issues, compliance, etc. However, the jobholder should be able to independently interact with Internal/External parties and is expected to be aware of the changes in the regulation.

Your key responsibilities

• To perform tasks which impact Regulatory reporting.

• Pro-active follow up and manage expectation with different stakeholders involved in reporting.

• Mange and escalate issues on a precise, timely manner, identify root cause, and come up resolution.

• Manage client documentation and ensuring data storage as per regulatory guidelines.

• Keep track on various MI to ensure no aging items.

Role Description

The position is for an Apprenticeship for 12 months period within IB across Business Management & Control function.

Your key responsibilities

• Analytical support for COO’s and Business Management Community to plan and implement business strategy.

• Presentation and project support on various business requirements - Vendor review exercise, cost allocation program, business analysis, process improvement etc.

• Support various ongoing utility tasks - Vendor management, Invoice management, Market Data Service, Org Chart Management, Business Continuity Management procedures etc.

• Raise, approve and review Seating / System / business drives / share point and business applications across employees

• Managing the on-boarding process for new joiners, movers & off-boarding for all leavers

• Assist with various Non-Financial Risk projects and governance presentations (eg – Risk and Control assessments, event logging, reporting, read-across on material events, proactively monitor key risk indicators, testing key controls, audit findings submission & closure etc.)

• Technological support for automating / streamlining / migrating various processes

Your skills and experience

• Good knowledge of Excel, Word, and Power point presentation.

• Good analytical, critical thinking skills and ability to formulate clearly and present information in a compelling manner

Role Description

The core responsibility of the position is to :

• manage the relationships with various legal entity stakeholders,

• understand the control framework for the entity and escalating any control issues,

• assist in various balance sheet reporting packages and regulatory submissions.

• manages communication and relationships with business partners to ensure consistent documentation and understanding of reporting requirements.

Your key responsibilities

The team is responsible for regulatory submissions and IFRS disclosures. In addition, business SME responsibility is assumed for the below mentioned topics.

• Be responsible for the following key outputs:

• Public disclosures in year-end and quarter-end reporting related to Risk and Finance metrics and analyst packs.

• Ad hoc reports to regulators for the above related requests

• Regulatory submissions for COREP \ FINREP.

• Internal management reports for the above related requests

• Preparation of movement analysis and apprising on movements to Group Finance FD’s on all risk balance sheet related topics

• Establish best practice for collaboration with various CTB functions (including Finance CTB, TDI) to ensure appropriate system environment for risk balance sheet and regulatory reporting topics.
