Program Overview

Mahindra and Mahindra Automotive and Farm Sector is inviting applications from engineering students graduating in 2026 for its trainee programs.

This initiative is designed to give early-career engineers a meaningful start, with opportunities to work on real-world projects, collaborate with experienced teams, and build a strong foundation within their engineering ecosystem.

Shortlisted candidates will be placed into one of the following trainee programs, based on their profile and performance in the selection process:

Postgraduate Engineering Trainee (PGET)

For M.Tech graduates

Graduate Engineering Trainee (GET)

For B.Tech graduates

Swaraj Graduate Engineering Trainee (SGET)

For engineering students of specified streams, focused for Swaraj Tractors.

Graduate Agriculture Engineering Trainee (GAgT)

For agricultural engineering graduates

Who can apply?

Eligibility criteria

Open to BTech and MTech students graduating in 2026 with a minimum 60% aggregate, no active backlog and specific eligible specializations.

Selection process

Step 1

Registration

Step 2

Eligibility check

After registration, your profile will be evaluated against the eligibility criteria, and the team will reach out to you regarding the next steps if you qualify.

Step 3

Round 1 – Assessment

The assessment will be conducted on the HirePro platform and will be an AI-proctored Multiple Select Question (MSQ) based test.

Step 4

Round 2 – Technical interview

Shortlisted candidates from the assessment will proceed to an AI-proctored technical interview round.

Step 5

Round 3 – HR interview

Candidates who clear the technical interview will move on to the HR interview round.
