Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Hiring:
- Draft and post job descriptions on portals and social platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
- Conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate with department heads for final selection
- Manage offer letters and onboarding process
Employee Management:
- Maintain employee records and documentation
- Handle attendance tracking and payroll coordination
- Monitor LMS compliance (if applicable)
- Address employee queries and grievances
Performance & Compliance:
- Track employee performance metrics
- Ensure company policy adherence
- Maintain HR MIS reports
- Support disciplinary processes when required
Coordination & Reporting:
- Work closely with management for manpower planning
- Prepare weekly/monthly HR reports
- Ensure smooth internal communication
