Role Description

We are looking for a motivated and tech-curious AI Intern to join our technology and growth team. In this role, you will work on building, testing and improving AI systems, with a strong focus on AI voice agents for sales and customer support.

As an AI Intern, you will support the development of intelligent voice solutions that enhance outbound sales calls, improve inbound customer support and automate key business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing AI voice agents for outbound sales calls.
• Work on inbound customer support voice bots to improve user experience.
• Test, analyze, and improve AI responses for accuracy, clarity and effectiveness.
• Support automation initiatives and other AI-driven projects.
• Collaborate with sales, support and tech teams to align AI systems with business needs.
• Assist in monitoring AI performance and suggesting improvements.
• Document workflows, learnings and system enhancements.

Requirements

• Students or graduates in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering or related technical fields.
• Strong interest in artificial intelligence, automation and voice technology.
• Basic knowledge of coding, AI tools or scripting is a plus.
• Curiosity, problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills to understand business requirements and translate them into technical tasks.
