Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Translate product requirements and UI/UX designs into high-quality, scalable Flutter applications
• Build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications (Android & iOS) using Flutter
• Own the end-to-end development lifecycle—from architecture and implementation to testing and deployment
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences
• Implement clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices
• Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and reliability
• Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, and backend services
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and improve overall code quality
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues efficiently
• Stay updated with the latest Flutter, Dart, and mobile development trends and best practices

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart for production-grade mobile applications
• Proven experience building and shipping cross-platform apps for Android and iOS
• Solid understanding of mobile app architecture, state management (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc), and modular design
• Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, authentication flows, and asynchronous programming
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience collaborating in agile, fast-paced startup environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with ownership
• Understanding of performance optimization, memory management, and app lifecycle
• Knowledge of UI implementation with pixel-perfect attention to design specifications
