Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications
• Work on frontend interfaces to ensure good user experience
• Support backend development including APIs, server-side logic, and database interactions
• Work on live projects and internal applications under guidance
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and senior developers to understand requirements
• Write clean and maintainable code with proper documentation
• Debug and test applications to improve performance and stability
• Receive regular feedback, reviews, and support from senior team members
• Stay updated with new tools, technologies, and industry practices

Required Skills & Eligibility:

• Basic understanding or interest in learning HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Exposure to React / MERN stack is a plus but not mandatory
• Basic awareness of backend concepts and databases
• Familiarity with REST APIs and web applications is an advantage
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a professional environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Candidates from non-CS / non-IT backgrounds with strong interest in software development are welcome
