About the Role:

 

We are looking for a Product Analyst/Senior Product Analyst who can combine sharp analytical skills, structured problem-solving, and a deep product sense to drive insights that shape product strategy and execution. You will partner closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and Business stakeholders to uncover growth opportunities, measure impact, and build data-driven narratives that influence product decisions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Analytics & Insights

• Analyse large and complex datasets (user behaviour, funnel metrics, transactions, cohorts) to uncover actionable insights.
• Build dashboards and recurring reports to track product health, growth funnels, and engagement trends.
• Conduct deep dives into problem areas (e.g., drop-offs, churn, seat guarantee fulfilment) to identify root causes and opportunities.

 

Experimentation & Measurement:

• Design and analyse A/B tests, feature launches, and product interventions.
• Define success metrics and ensure proper instrumentation/tracking for new features.
• Quantify the business impact of product changes and recommend next steps.

 

Product Partnership:

 

• Translate data into clear stories and recommendations for Product Managers and leadership.
• Proactively identify whitespace opportunities based on market/user data.
• Collaborate with Engineering/BI to improve data pipelines, accuracy, and accessibility.

 

What We’re Looking For

Analytical Expertise:

• Strong SQL skills; experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent).
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with Python/R for advanced analysis is a plus.
• Solid grounding in statistics (confidence intervals, significance testing, regressions).

 

Product & Business Acumen:

 

• Ability to connect data insights with product levers (pricing, funnel, UX, supply-side).
• Experience analysing consumer funnels, marketplace dynamics, or transactional businesses.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Communication & Influence
• Good storytelling skills – can present complex analysis in a simple, structured, and actionable way.
• Good stakeholder management; ability to challenge assumptions with data while building trust.

 

Qualifications:

 

• 1–3 years of experience in Product Analytics, Data Analytics, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with computer science background
• Experience in consumer tech, gaming, or marketplaces
