This is a hybrid position. You’ll divide your time between working remotely from your home and an office, so you should live within commuting distance. Hybrid teams may work in-office as much as a few times a week or as little as once a month or quarter, as decided by leadership. What you'll get to do...

As a Software Development Engineer, you will have the chance to create a significant impact across our various surfaces and contribute to the success of our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop new customer facing features using ReactJS, TypeScript and other front end technologies.
• Assist in improving our User surfaces by implementing innovative solutions.
• Identifying and tackling opportunities in complex systems, providing incremental business value while simplifying our platform.
• Learn and implement a high standard of software dev practices, including practical coding standards, modern software development approaches, test automation, and a strong focus on security.
• You will develop cloud-native solutions to continuously harden our platform and cloud infrastructures at scale. Leading and contributing to release and on-call activities, ensuring robust support for our platform and code base.

Your experience should include...

• Strong proficiency in Javascript, HTML and CSS with a solid understanding of modern principles, practices and patterns for front-end engineering.
• 3+ years of software development experience with NodeJS ecosystem, React, Typescript.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to technical challenges which would be reviewed as part of the interview process.
• Experience of working with Agile teams.

You might also have...

• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Docker, EmberJS, Testing, CICD, Git, Relational and no-SQL Databases is a big plus.
• Experience with hosting solutions such as Managed Wordpress, WooCommerce, cPanel, Plesk, or other platforms.
• Understanding of Continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) models.
