About the Role

We are seeking Onsite Engineers to join our airport IT operations team. These roles are critical to maintaining the health, reliability, and compliance of core airport systems that support passenger processing and baggage reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide corrective and preventive maintenance for key airport systems including:

  • CUPPS (Common Use Passenger Processing Systems)

  • BRS (Baggage Reconciliation Systems)

  • CUSS (Common Use Self Service)

• Monitor IT infrastructure components such as servers, network devices, LAN/WAN connectivity, and system performance dashboards.

• Handle incident management, including real-time fault detection, analysis, and resolution.

• Execute application updates, system configuration changes, and scheduled maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system health.

• Maintain accurate documentation for hardware and software, update logs, and conduct regular inspections using the core room checklist.

• Support and coordinate with Shift-in-Charge and Site Manager to meet CIAL’s service-level requirements.

• Senior Engineers will lead shifts and mentor other engineers to uphold operational excellence.

Required Qualifications

• Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, MCA, or MSc in Electronics/Computer Science
    – OR –

  • Diploma in Electronics or Computer Hardware with 2–5 years of hands-on experience in IT support for airport or airline systems

• Technical Skills:

  • Solid knowledge of:

    • CUPPS, BRS, and CUSS

    • Network administration and troubleshooting

    • Server and hardware maintenance

  • Familiarity with system health tools, network monitoring software, and hardware diagnostics

• Certifications (Preferred):

  • CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)

  • ITIL Foundation

  • MCSA (Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate)
