Eligibility Criteria:

• Degree Requirements: Open to students pursuing Bachelor/Masters in Engineering, MCA, or M.Sc. No restrictions on branches or CGPA.
• Batch: Women engineering students graduating in 2025, 2026, 2027, or 2028 from colleges/universities in India.

Team Composition:

• Teams must consist of three students from the same college.
• One student must be designated as the team leader.
• A student can only be part of one team, and team members cannot be changed after registration.
• 2025 graduates can only team up with other 2025 graduates – 2026, 2027, and 2028 graduates can form teams with one another.

Team Grouping:

• Group A: Teams with students graduating in 2025.
• Group B: Teams with students graduating in 2026, 2027, or 2028.

Assessment Evaluation Criteria:

• All registered teams that meet the team formation guidelines will compete to advance to the next round.
• All team members must participate, with team averages determining the advancing teams.
• The test link will be sent to your registered email IDs.
• The test window will be open for 8 hours on January 25th, 2025, with 1.5 hours to complete the assessment in one sitting.
• Each participant has only one attempt.
• Team averages will determine advancement to the next round.

Communication: 

• All updates and links will be sent to the team leader’s registered email ID.

 

• Test links for Round 1 will be sent to all individual members of the team

Timelines for Women Code to Win 2025:

Stage 1: Training & Assessment – Coding and ServiceNow Fundamentals (Elimination Round)

Trainings:

• Training Sessions (Jan 18-24, 2025): Jumpstart your knowledge with sessions on low-code/no-code, ServiceNow’s platform and, DSA’ led by GeeksforGeeks.

Assessments:

• Coding Assessment (Jan 25, 2025): Compete in an assessment focused on coding skills and ServiceNow fundamentals. Only shortlisted teams from this assessment will advance to Stage 2.
• This round includes 2 coding questions (focused on Core CS subjects and DSA logic) and 10 MCQ questions on ServiceNow fundamentals (with negative marking).

Stage 2: ServiceNow Platform Training (Online)

• • Teams that qualify from Stage 1 will undergo an intensive 4-week training program to deepen their understanding of the ServiceNow platform.

 

• This stage of the contest is designed to prepare you for application building in the next stage

Stage 3: Mentorship + Application Building (Online)

• After completing Stage 2, participants will transition into building a functional application based on the chosen problem statement on the ServiceNow platform.
• This stage focuses on putting your knowledge into action.

Stage 4: Grand Finale Presentations

• After completing Stage 3, participants will be invited to the final showcase, where they’ll present their solutions to ServiceNow leadership.
• This is your chance to shine and receive recognition for your hard work

 Timelines:
